Can I really resell a Smartbox, Bongo or Wonderbox ?
Yes. An unused box stays transferable : you hand the official code to another beneficiary. SecondBox does not sell boxes, the platform connects people and secures the transfer.
How do you check the box is valid and never used ?
You send a photo of the box and its code. Our verification confirms the brand, the expiry date and the usage status before the listing goes live.
What price should I ask for my box ?
The price advisor suggests a range based on the brand, the face value and the remaining validity. The closer the expiry date, the larger the recommended discount.
When do I get paid ?
The buyer's money is held in escrow. Once the code is transferred and confirmed, the funds are released to your account.
What happens if the code does not work ?
The buyer reports the issue during the checking window, the escrow is not released and the transaction is cancelled. Nobody loses money.
Is SecondBox available in France and Belgium ?
Yes, in the three languages of the site : French, Dutch and English. Boxes stay usable under the conditions of the original issuer.
